Emerge Camps indoor sites are hosted in private and enclosed environments that only staff and campers are allowed near or into. Our camp leaders supervise and interact with campers throughout the entire duration of the day.

Each Emerge Camp leader is CPR and first aid certified and specific emergency action plans are in place. Emerge utilizes a closed SMS messaging platform to all registered parents/guardians/responsible parties to update progress throughout the day and notify of any important information.

In the event of an emergency, you will have a direct contact number provided to you to get in touch with Camp Leadership at any time Campers are in session.

Additionally Camp Leadership has direct emergency contact numbers provided in registration in the case any Camper’s family/emergency contacts need to be reached. If any event requires communication to all Campers’ families / emergency contacts, a closed SMS messaging platform is utilized.

Digital disconnect is one of the pillars of experience during Emerge Camps.

Our policy is that Camper’s phones should be kept in their bags/backpacks during experience.  That said there will be opportunities and breaks for Campers to access their phones and communicate.
